Booth Owners & Representatives

Booth Owners are responsible for updating content in your booth. Representatives will be the ones to actually engage in chats with attendees on the day of the event.

Booth Owners

Booth Owners will be responsible for building out the content of the booth to which they are assigned. This includes images, copy, jobs, or anything else you think candidates would be interested in.

When you are added as a Booth Owner, you'll be notified via email with instructions showing how you can edit your booth.

If you are listed as a Booth Owner, you can assign additional Booth Owners in the Booth Owners section of your booth. 

Anyone that will need to engage with attendees on the day of the event will need to be assigned as a Representative, including Booth Owners.

Representatives

Adding Representatives is the most important aspect of constructing your booth. Representatives will be the ones to actually engage in chats with attendees on the day of the event.

We recommend adding representatives at least 48 hours before the start of the event to allow
your team to get their profile setup and to prevent any conflict during your live event.

When a representative is added, they will receive an automatic email (from
notifications@brazen.com) with their login instructions.

It's important to note that anyone that will need to engage with attendees on the day of the event will need to be assigned as a Representative, including Booth Owners.
