Once your campaign is live, you will have access to our VIQTORY dashboard. We will cover where to find the dashboard, how to log in, and what reporting metrics are available.
Where is your dashboard?
Our dashboard is located at https://www.reporting.viqtory.com.
How do I log-in?
If this is your first time retrieving access to the dashboard, you should receive an email from our team with log-in information within 48-72 hours after launching your campaign. If you already have logged in before, you can reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" at the bottom right of the log-in.
Please make sure all your team members that need access to the dashboard have access. You can request for additional users to be added by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What reporting metrics are available on the dashboard?
Once you've logged in, you will be taken to the home screen of your dashboard. You can adjust the time period (in the top right).
The home screen will show the overall campaign performance, breaking down impression amounts from the months selected as well as a year-to-date summary.
Depending upon the tactics we are using, at the top, you will find a number of tabs available on your dashboard. We breakdown performance by each platform your campaign is run on.
Overall, the report features impressions, clicks, CTR, link CTR, links clicks by day of the week, clicks by device, the individual ad performance, reach, and conversion events. Every 30 days our team will meet with your team to discuss the results present on the dashboard.
